Return Policy
At TF Aficionado Shop, we understand that not every purchase will be perfect. Despite our best efforts, there may be instances where items do not arrive as expected. With that in mind, we are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Unopened Items
If you have purchased an item that remains unopened and unused, you may return it within 30 days, unless otherwise specified on the product details page. To qualify for a return, the packaging must be in the same condition as when you initially received it.
Opened Items
Unfortunately, opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes items that have been opened or removed from their packaging, as well as items that show visible indications of being opened. Additionally, opened cases that are no longer factory sealed cannot be returned.
Clothing and Apparel
Please note that used or worn clothing, apparel, Halloween costumes, and accessories may not be returned. We kindly ask that you carefully consider your purchase before opening or using these items.
Damaged and Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
